Castorama, a DIY chain with 91 stores and over 11,000 employees in France, was looking for an innovative solution to enhance the impact of its managerial training courses. Can you briefly describe your company and your business?
Castorama is a DIY chain with 91 stores in France. I’m in charge of skills development for the 11,000 employees.
